使用大數據雷達資料探勘技術，發展臺灣極短期定量降水預報整合系統。此系統之預報指引應用於108年5月17日首次啟動梅雨鋒面與西南風守視作業時，正式應用於發布官方3小時定量降水預報，提供更密集的即時氣象資訊予災防單位應用。

The iTEEN system was developed by applying data mining technique to big data collected by weather radar. The nowcast function of the iTEEN system made its debut on May 17, 2019 during a weather watch for mei-yu fronts and southeast winds, marking the system's first-ever application on the government's 3-hour quantitative precipitation forecasting. With the nowcast function, the system provides real-time weather information to disaster management authorities more frequently.
