運用暴雨序率模式及快速淹水模式產製防災淹水機率圖資

考量實際降雨分布特性模擬淹水,淹水發生機率可視化

Considering the Actual Rainfall Distribution Characteristics to Simulate Flooding and Visualize Flooding Probability

1.歷史颱風降雨時空分布特性分析,建置颱風暴雨事件降雨量時空分布序率模擬模式,繁衍符合實際特性之模擬降雨事件。
2.應用NTU-CAFIM快速淹水模式進行2千餘場模擬降雨的淹水模擬,以計算積淹水的發生機率,製作4種降雨情境的淹水機率圖資。
3.水災潛勢風險圖資應用服務系統維運,並增加淹水機率圖資提供查閱。

1. Analyzing the spatio-temporal distribution characteristics of historical typhoons, and develop the Storm Rainfall Spatiotemporal model to produce massive rainfall scenarios that consider all possible temporal and spatial distribution of actual storms.
2. Using NTU-CAFIM rapid flood inundation model to perform inundation simulation of over 2,000 rainfall scenarios. The simulated results were used to calculate the occurrence probability of flooding at each mesh to draw the flood probability maps of 4 rainfall conditions.
3.Maintaining the service platform of flood potential maps and risk maps, and add the flood probability maps into the platform.
