Web-GIS雨水滯蓄設施雲端設計管理,提高民間設計與政府審查效率。

Cloud design and management of Web-GIS rainwater storage facility improves the efficiency of civil design and government review.

本研究應用Web-GIS技術,整合政府開放資料、水文分析方法、法規檢核、雨水下水道系統節點流量等空間資料庫,以及出流管制功能,建置「雨水滯蓄設施雲端設計與管理平台」,除能簡化建築從業人員之規劃設計作業,加速政府主管機關行政審查效率;同時配合政府「逕流分擔與出流管制」納入「出流管制計算機制」,藉由已建置之雨水下水道人孔流量資料庫,配合雨水滯蓄設施量體配置成果資料庫,進行雨水下水道各人孔匯流量計算,提供出流管制成果表單,藉以協助主管機關執行出流管制業務。

The system applies Web-GIS technology to integrate spatial databases such as government open access data, hydrological analysis methods, regulatory review, rainwater sewerage system node flow, and outflow control functions, to build a cloud design and management platform for rainwater storage facility. In addition to simplifying the planning and design operations of construction practitioners and accelerating the efficiency of administrative review by government authorities, the platform also includes the outflow control computing mechanism of the runoff sharing and outflow control directed by the government. By using the established rainwater sewerage manhole flow database and rainwater storage facility configured database, rainwater in the sewerage from manhole can be calculated to provide outflow control data and assist the authorities concerned to carry out outflow control works.
