建立學校具備面臨災害之調適與回復能力,養成防災教育人才,落實防災教育。

教育部以「韌性建構,防災校園」為防災教育願景,結合防災科技資源與創新研發,落實推動校校皆是防災校園目標。透過研擬直轄市及(縣)市防災教育輔導團團員認證指引、辦理團務交流會議與團員實務工作坊,強化各縣市輔導團自主運作能力;持續輔導28所特殊教育學校維運防災校園,透過演練以及特殊教育學校防災工作坊、特殊教育人員防災研習、進階特殊教育增能研習之辦理,深化特殊教育防災教育;規劃8大環境及防災遊學課程路線,設計火山防災教育文宣,蒐集縣市人才培育及推廣成果及學校防災教育推動成果,發行防災教育花路米電子報與成果冊,推廣防災相關觀念與優化防災教育資源;辦理臺日防災教育實務經驗交流論壇、防災校園大會師,並促成學校與產、官、學等跨單位之合作案,促進跨國、跨校、跨單位經驗與資源交流;辦理助教增能研習、學校防災業務工作發言人訓練、國私立高級中等以下學校防災增能研習、幼兒教育人員防災研習,提升各類學校人員防災意識與知能;評估防災教育輔導團量能與防災校園運作情形,提出精進改善對策與建議,落實韌性防災校園之推動。

The MOE takes "building stronger disaster resilient schools" as the vision of DRRE; by combining disaster prevention technologies and innovative developments, the MOE made all schools disaster resilient. Through developing a guideline for the municipal governments to establish the certification of local DRRE counseling groups and holding group affair meetings and workshops, the MOE helped the groups operate autonomously. 28 special education schools built their disaster resilience through disaster drills and workshops. The MOE planned eight disaster-resilient study routes, designed a volcanic disaster prevention flyer, collected DRRE results, and published e-papers to promote the concept of DRRE. The 2021 Republic of China (Taiwan) and Japan DRRE Practical Experience Exchange Forum and the 8th and 9th Gathering of Disaster Resilient School encouraged the exchange of experience across schools, units, and nations. The MOE held training programs like DRRE teaching assistant, spokesman, kindergarten teachers and so on to improve their disaster prevention awareness. It evaluated the counseling groups and disaster resilient schools to strengthen school disaster resilience.
