Analyzing the characteristics of the spatial and temporal distribution of convective rainfall in future climate change and different land-use scenarios.
The project aims to combine the telecoupling approach with climate model, global economic model, and change of land-use model to simulate different scenarios of spatial distribution and rainfall characteristics and explore flooding possibilities. The concept of risk management is established through a decentralized adjustment framework to evaluate the impact of climate change and respond in emerging water management strategies of national spatial planning.
