為典藏天然災害記憶，國家災害防救科技中心建置「全球災害事件簿」網站，展示歷年蒐整分析的國內外天然災害事件資料，災害種類包含：颱風、豪雨、地震、洪災、山崩、海嘯、熱浪、低溫、船難、乾旱及森林大火等項目。其中，國內颱洪災害事件約400場、國際重大災害事件達100場以上。網站的全球天然災害主題展館、數據圖表化以及資料庫直覺查詢功能，都是透過使用者經驗分析開發，必能提高網站的實用性與操作便利性，以落實天然災害資料的典藏展示及教育功能。

To preserve the memory of historical natural hazards, the National Science and Technology Center for Disaster Reduction (NCDR) constructs a Global Natural Disaster Event Notebook Website (GNDEN), showcasing details of historical natural disaster records in Taiwan and critical natural disaster events in the world. We have collected more than 400 typhoon events in Taiwan and over 100 global critical disaster events. The design of the GNDEN website presents natural disaster records, graphical data, and intuitive database searches based on user experience (UX) to enhance usability and convenience. The website preserves critical memory of natural disaster events for research and education purposes.
