臺灣對於防災議題日益重視，也形成許多經驗豐富的防災人員；不過，由於人員流動率高，地方多面臨防災人才培育不易、防災經驗難以累積的困境。再者，能讓各地之間進行防災經驗相互學習的平臺，為數也較少。
有鑑於此，「防災易起來」希望能利用網頁的方式，介紹防災作法、防災經驗。此外，特別設置長照機構災管平臺，希望呼籲地方政府更加重視災害特定需求群體、協助社會福利機構及護理之家，一起為老人、身障、重症、兒童等特殊需求者打造一個具減災、抗災能力的機構。

This website is about knowledge and methods of disaster management. It currently serves two targets, local governments and long-term care facilities, and will include other groups of people in the future.

Due to high turnover rates, local governments had difficulties to cumulate experiences and knowledge about disaster management. In addition, there is an increasing emphasis internationally on people with access and functional needs in the field of disaster management. Yet related research or mechanisms lack in Taiwan.

Therefore, this website, named ”EASY TO DO,” provides methods, tips, resources, and risk evaluation systems about disaster management for local governments as well as long-term care facilities, one important group that includes people with access and functional needs (e.g., elders or disabilities). It is also a platform for these targeted groups to share with others about their knowledge and experiences.
