「PULLMAN壓縮空氣泡沫系統三輪車」是─最小，最省油，功能最齊全的消防車，適合在人口密集不易搶救的市區街道使用。

在火災現場擁有穿梭街道巷弄的優異機動能力，車寬僅為1.2公尺，消防水管可延伸長達30公尺，2只9公升壓縮氣瓶推動下，可將搭載的300公升的濃縮泡沫噴出，射程達15-20公尺，製造出1400立方米體積的泡沫來滅火，比起使用水來當滅火劑，泡沫滅水劑的特性就是：隔絕氧氣、抑制濃煙及防止復燃，搭載廣播聲響系統，現場可進行指揮及消防人員引導。

在消防行動佈局上，「PULLMAN消防三輪車」的消防水管可延伸長達30公尺，深入巷弄中完成分散式滅火佈局，比起遠距離單點強力滅火方式更能有效的縮短災害時間。當火災剛開始發生時，從通報、消防設備人員抵達現場、進行滅火救援，在受到時間及地型限制下的救援任務，只有「PULLMAN消防三輪車」做得到。

PULLMAN CAFS Fire Tricycle , with a width of only 1.2 meters, has great mobility to travel through lanes and streets. The equipped water hose can extend to 30 meters long and the vehicle is loaded with 300 liters of compressed air foam. Propelled by two nine-liter compressed gas cylinders, 1400 cubic meters of air foam can be ejected as far as 15 to 20 meters to extinguish the fire. Compared with water, air foam can smother the fire, suppress the smoke, prevent backdraft. The vehicle is also equipped with a broadcasting system, which can be used to give commands and direct the firefighters.
